I was a video editing//production intern in the Digital Media Department at Marvel Entertainment for a year. Among the many projects I assisted, I individually edited and composited 9 promo videos, including voice actor interviews for Disney XD's Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes! animated series and the Marvel Knights Animation's Thor & Loki: Blood Brothers motion comic.

I am Will Reyes, an independent filmmaker specializing in digital video production from producing, pitching, casting, bidding, budgeting, live-action shoots, post-production, motion graphics, animation, editorial, interactive, festivals and distribution. I hold an MFA degree in Media Arts Production.

I have editing experience with project and media management, compositing, transcoding, working in different formats, syncing sound, HD digital videocameras and DSLR cameras, live-stream shooting, compressing and optimizing outputs and deliverables to various media platforms under time sensitive deadlines. I enjoy being part of post-production creative teams as well as working individually, dedicated to the creation of high caliber videos, graphics and films. I am available to work on location and remotely, as I carry a Macbook Pro with the latest Final Cut and Adobe software programs for editing, amongst others.

I am a recent graduate of the City College of New York Masters of Fine Arts in Media Arts Production film program, in the Producing / Production Managing track. During that time, I spent a year interning for Marvel Entertainment in the Digital Media department for video editing. In 2006, I graduated from North Carolina State University with two Bachelors of Arts degrees: Communication Media and Spanish Language & Literature.

In my personal life, aside from my childhood dreams of becoming a superhero or comic book artist and my passion for drawing and manipulating motion pictures, I am an avid adventure seeker. I love to travel and I have backpacked a number of times. I have studied abroad twice in college: in Vienna, Austria and Lima, Peru. As one could tell by viewing my photography page, I embarked on a journey through the Inca Trail to the lost city of Machu Picchu in the Andes mountains of Peru. Upon graduating, I moved to Europe for a year. I lived and worked in London, England, for six months, as well as Valencia, Spain, and Cambridge, England, where I chauffeured tours through Cambridge University on English river boats known as Punting(see photo above).

In addition to traveling and film//video production, I like to keep my mind and body active and well-trained. I am studying Genbukan Ninpo Bugei Taijutsu under Niji No Hashi Dojo. Who didn't want to grow up to be a ninja!
